Tiarah Poyau, shot and killed at J’Ouvert, imagined becoming an accountant

A St. John’s University student who had written online about her eye-opening experience learning overseas in European countries had her goals of becoming a cpa dashed Thursday when she was taken and murdered during J’Ouvert in Brooklyn.
