Nigeria mistakenly bombs refugee camp, killing dozens

MAIDUGURI, Nigeria — A Nigerian Air Force contender fly on a mission against Boko Haram radicals erroneously besieged a displaced person camp Tuesday, killing more than 100 exiles and injuring help specialists, a Borno state official said.
